PostagePostage and delivery costs in Finland are €5.90 and orders over €70 are delivered free of charge.
We process orders within 1-5 working days and send the products to the nearest post office or directly to your home, depending on the size of the package. The shipment can also be delivered to the Posti parcel machine of your choice. In this case, state the address of the parcel machine in the "Message to the seller" field. Packages usually take about 3-7 working days to ship. If there is a delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you.
Right of return
We hope that our customers make well-considered purchase decisions and we could avoid unnecessary returns. All products have a 14-day exchange and return right. The product to be returned must be unused and well packed. The return or exchange must always be notified in advance by email (anne@woolberg.fi), in which case you will receive more detailed instructions for the return. Return and exchange costs are paid by the customer if the product is flawless.
