Posting
Postage and delivery costs in Finland are €5.90 and orders over €70 are delivered free of charge.
We process orders within 1-5 working days and send the products to the nearest post office or directly to your home, depending on the size of the package. The shipment can also be delivered to a Posti parcel machine of your choice. In this case, please provide the address of the parcel machine in the “Message to seller” field. Parcels usually take about 3-7 working days to be delivered. If there is a delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you.
Right of return
We hope that our customers make informed purchasing decisions and that we can avoid unnecessary returns. All products have a 14-day right of exchange and return. The returned product must be unused and well packaged. You must always notify us in advance of the return or exchange by email (anne@woolberg.fi), where you will receive more detailed instructions for the return. The return and exchange costs are paid by the customer if the product is faultless.
Payment methods
You can pay for your order with a debit or credit card, PayPal or Klarna, which gives you 30 days of interest-free payment. If you prefer another payment method, such as bank transfer, you can also order products by sending a message to anne@woolberg.fi
